PANCHAKARMA
5 major treatment approaches in ayurveda) is the fastest way to restore smriti in the physiology, because it so effectively clears the body of stress and toxins that cover or hide the underlying natural state of good health. "It all depends on memory. If one PK [panchakarma] enlivens the memory then that is enough, But...always you want MORE [more memory, more happiness, more health]. PK makes us younger...forces us to want more. The habit [in life] is to pull the negative things to us, so slowly the negative things come back after PK." Dr. J.R. Raju. Because of this tendency, it is very important to keep "coming back to ourselves" ~ to keep enlivening our smriti through daily meditation, regular panchakarma, rasayana therapies (healing herbs, balanced diet and routine), and more.
The Raju Family highly recommends the practice of the Transcendental Meditation (TM) Program and advanced TM Techniques, as taught by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, to unfold the inner smriti (memory of wholeness and Self), and release stress. If you are not already practicing these wonderful techniques, go to http://www.tm.org/ to find the nearest location for you (world-wide).
